Collective is delighted to announce our new culinary collaborators, Edinburgh’s Gardener’s Cottage.

The Lookout by Gardener’s Cottage will be a new purpose-built restaurant on Calton Hill, with amazing views out across the city and the Firth of Forth. Built on a cantilever overhanging the hillside, The Lookout will be a spectacular place to enjoy a meal. We love what the Gardener’s Cottage team do and we can’t wait to start planning some special events together.
